Data Collection
We collect your phone number, email, name, message history, and session transcripts solely to provide AI-driven voice interviews, operational alignment, and automated Google Doc synthesis via the Faicilitator platform. Mobile information will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
AI Memory & Processing
Voice interviews are processed in real time and summarized into a unified 4-Tab Google Doc workspace (🤔 Challenge, 🤖 Faicilitator Synthesis, 🎙️ Interview Logs, and 📂 Supporting Evidence) to preserve context and cross-stakeholder alignment. We do not store raw audio files or use voice data for biometric identification; all audio is discarded immediately after transcription and synthesis processing. Transcripts and synthesis notes are retained only as long as your account is active or your challenge host maintains the workspace.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your conversation history, synthesis notes, and personal data at any time by emailing support@faicilitator.com.
Opt-Out
You may terminate SMS interactions at any time by texting STOP to +1-364-CALL-FAI (+1-364-225-5324).

Service Description
Faicilitator is an executive AI voice facilitator and consensus synthesis engine provided by Faicilitator. Interactions occur via hands-free voice calls and SMS notification links. Intended for professional users 18 years of age or older.
Consent, Recording & Transcription
By calling Faicilitator or participating in a challenge interview, you consent to receive automated SMS summaries, interview links, and notifications. Message frequency varies. You also consent to the real-time processing, transcription, and AI analysis of your conversation for operational alignment and Google Doc synthesis purposes. While we do not store raw audio files, your call is actively processed to generate the transcripts and executive summaries used for cross-functional consensus.
Billing & Costs
Every user account receives 2 free hours. Enterprise challenge interviews are host-funded by the Challenge Owner’s Wallet. Personal top-up minutes are billed via Dodo Payments at $0.15/minute ($9.00/hour). Standard carrier rates apply for SMS interactions.
Refund Policy
Since charges are based on actual minute consumption, refunds are generally not provided for time already used. However, if you believe there was a technical error or a billing discrepancy, please contact support@faicilitator.com within 14 days of the charge. As a digital service, once the AI voice interaction or synthesis pass has occurred, the service is considered consumed.
